2. Eligibility

  • You may return unused and undamaged handbags and accessories within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

3. Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our friendly customer support team at info@quirkyhide.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process if your return is eligible.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you desire a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return, and will receive a full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are considered non-returnable:

  • Items that show signs of use, alteration, or are not in their original condition.

  • Items displaying visible wear and tear.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the item is damaged or defective.

  • We advise using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure secure return delivery.
